Security for classified communication

Certain confidential information may only be made accessible to a small group of persons. In Germany, therefore, such kind of data is classified and must be kept confidential. The regulations aim to protect such sensitive information from unauthorized access. Companies that process classified information – for example in the field of defense technology – sometimes receive or create information or materials that need to be kept secret.
