WORKING STUDENT ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT (M/F/D)
Your role
As a working student in Account Management, you will have the opportunity to enter the world of IT security. You will support our sales team in building and maintaining customer relationships through solution-oriented sales strategies. In the future, you will inspire customers from business and public authorities with new perspectives and our innovative solutions – for example for e-mail and file security, electronic identity solutions (eID) or public key infrastructures (PKI). Other aspects of your job are:
- Solution-oriented sales by analyzing customer problems and proactively developing appropriate solutions with the support of our experienced colleagues
- Showing customers new perspectives and presenting alternative solutions
- Market analysis by researching and identifying potential customers and markets
- Structured follow-up of sales potentials
- Maintaining our customer data with corresponding CRM systems
Your Profile
You are currently studying business, STEM or a comparable course of study. You are a team player with an organized, structured and independent way of working and have knowledge in several of the following areas:
- Motivation, curiosity and interest in continuous learning about products, markets and customers
- Enthusiasm for new technologies and innovative and digital sales approaches
- Confident appearance and confident communication in German and English
- Confident handling of the MS Office products Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Resilience to see setbacks and challenges as part of the growth process
- Initial experience in working with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
You are motivated and focused in pursuing your goals. Your creativity helps you to always find the optimal solution in challenging environments.
