JUNIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER IT SECURITY (M/W/D)
Your role
The core of your job is to inspire commercial enterprises and/or authorities with our cryptovision products and solutions. Your potential business opportunities will include both exciting existing and new customers. Some aspects of your activities are
- You build and maintain customer relationships through innovative, solution-oriented sales strategies
- You will support and advise existing customers, initially with the support of sales professionals and later independently, and identify new business opportunities
- You sell customized IT security solutions to companies and public institutions
- You develop and implement sales strategies for customer acquisition with the team
- You work closely with internal teams (e.g. development, product management, marketing) to provide optimal customer support
- You win deals and accompany the entire sales process – from initial contact to successful closing
- You represent cryptovision at trade fairs, events and customer meetings
Your profile
ou may have some experience in sales or in customer-oriented roles (e.g. customer service, internal sales, consulting). You are interested in acquiring a technical understanding in the areas of IT security, digital identity solutions, digital signatures, secure e-mail infrastructure, public key infrastructure or electronic ID cards. In addition, some of the following points round off your profile:
- Training or studies, e.g. in the fields of business, business informatics, STEM, IT security, communication, are an advantage, but are not required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Maximum willingness to learn – even if you have no previous knowledge – to absorb the knowledge we give you
- A passion for challenges and the will to bounce back even after setbacks
- A self-confident demeanor and the ability to convince even experienced customers with new ideas
- Curiosity, willingness to learn and interest in continuous learning about products, markets and customers
- Experience in working with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
- Confident with MS Office products Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Interest in new technologies and innovative and digital sales approaches
- Willingness to travel (about 30 percent of the time)
