PAV is a renowned manufacturer of smart card and RFID solutions. Our customers include established companies from the sectors access control, transportation, automotive, public authorities and governments. Thereby we offer our partners numerous services, such as the development, production, personalisation and mailing of smart cards. All cards are produced in our high security area, which meets the highest security requirements (ISO 27001).

In addition, the family-owned company has its own research and development department, which regularly creates innovative products, for secure identification. In this way, we build long-term partnerships and increase constantly our comprehensive product segment in order to continue to grow in the future.

In all our business activities, we strive to use resources carefully and economically. Therefore our environmental management system is ISO 14001 certified.

At our headquarters in Lütjensee near Hamburg, we currently employ more than 200 people, who in 2019 generated sales of around 35 million euros.
