SmartSignatur GlobalID automates the entire enrollment process of onboarding users and certificates and enables a true passwordless IT-strategy. The different steps and systems of the secure digital identity lifecycle are integrated into one process. Systems being connected are user directories like Active Directory or eDirectory, Identity Management Systems, Certification Authorities (CA), Local Identity Providers, the client devices, and the user via the self-service portal. Extensions into eID validation systems are possible.

GlobalID relieves manual transactions in onboarding an employee into the certificate-based organization. Error-prone and time-consuming administrative routine tasks are improved by automated processes. Regulatory requirements up to eIDAS Level “high” can be easily implemented to enable a future-proof IT-strategy.

The solution utilizes cryptovision middleware components and is deployed for over 8 years internationally.
